Camp Sunrise

Camp Sunrise is located in Harriman State Park, New York, just 1 hour north of New York City. Harriman State Park is the second-largest park in the New York state parks system, with 31 lakes and reservoirs, 200 miles of hiking trails, three beaches, two public camping areas, a network of group camps, miles of streams and scenic roads, and scores of wildlife species, vistas and vantage points.

 

Camp Sunrise is one of the largest group camps in the park system and is a beautiful facility where people of all ages, faiths and cultures can come to enjoy the beauty of nature. We offer both sleepover and day camp programs that provide an interactive and exciting array of activities for children from elementary through high school. We also offer families the chance to participate in camp life through our Family Camp program. Families can enjoy a weekday or weekend together, go boating, swimming, or simply relax around a camp fire.
